Belbin Team Role Reports Discover which of the 9 Belbin Team Roles you are naturally strong

The questionnaire
takes about 20 minutes to complete. The results compare your self assessment with the ratings of others (why not include clients,
partners, colleagues, managers and direct reports to gain maximum feedback?).
The
9 roles are: Plant, Monitor Evaluator, Co-ordinator, Resource Investigator, Implementer, Completer Finisher, Teamworker, Shaper
and Specialist.
iWAM The Inventory for Work Attitude & Motivation
identifies a person’s motivational preferences and attitude preferences and predicts how the person will behave in various
job contexts, such as administrative, managerial and customer contact tasks.
iWAM
is based on metaprograms – a model of cognitive thinking styles and measure 48 parameters.
PTI (Psychological Type Indicator) PTI is a personality type assessment tool based on the work of Carl
Jung and later by Katherine Briggs and Isabel Myers.
The
PTI is a more recent questionnaire than the equivalent MBTI tool and measures the same four tiers of personality:
Extroversion (E) – Introversion (I) Sensing (S) – Intuition (N) Thinking (T) – Feeling (F) Judging (J) – Perceiving (P)
The PTI is an online tool and results are normally available for download almost instantly. (We however recommend that results
are fed back by an experienced coach who will help you understand the results).
360 feedback reports There are a variety of online 180 and 360 tools. Please contact

Emotional
Intelligence Based
on the work of Daniel Goleman, there are a number of tools which measure emotional intelligence at work.
These
are available both in self assessment and 360 versions.
