Why consider NLP Coaching?

How NLP Coaching works

NLP Coaching uses a combination of life coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP is an advanced process of modelling  and achieving success.

 

With NLP we work with the patterns of thinking, language and the strategies we use to run our lives, to develop increased options and choice.

 

NLP Coaching is:

  • Self directed - you are in control at every stage; you set your own goals and what progress you feel comfortable with.
  • Results orientated - working to specific goals and purpose.
  • A fairly short-term activity.
  • A one to one process and in complete confidence.
  • About positive feedback and using your natural strengths.

With NLP Coaching most people experience rapid results and many require just a few sessions.

(Coaching is not counselling or therapy, which look more to the past, rather than the future.)

About the sessions

In the first session we will take an overview of the areas you wish to focus on, set priorities and make a plan of how you will get started.

 

Subsequent sessions are normally one hour long and can be conducted 'face to face' or via telephone, depending on your needs. The interval between sessions can vary according to your requirements and will allow for you to start taking action towards your goals, practise new skills and then review progress.

Coaches work in the certain belief that people have vast reserves of potential which are rarely used and that it is the coaches job to draw it out.
