'FRAMING' - TIPS FOR PRESENTING
AND TRAINING How we experience something is often conditioned
by preformed attitudes and patterns or sometimes just by the first thing which we think about, which can then become a fixed
way of experiencing that particular thing.

SCORE Model The score model is a great tool to use
in understanding and working with issues. S = Symptoms (Present State) C = Cause O = Outcome
(Desired State) R = Resources E = Effects of outcome The SCORE model provides
a flexible framework for checking all aspects of the process. In this case Resources is used in a wider context - including
the changes and actions you need to take as well as external resources you may need.
TIMELINES Timelines feature a great deal in NLP techniques. Timelines are
a way of mapping out situations, experiences, plans and strategies - past, present and future - and exploring them in a safe
and structured way.
They are yet another way of helping the client be in touch with their subconscious and conscious
processing and patterns of behaviour.

‘The Key issue facing
future leaders is “unlocking the enormous human potential by winning people’s emotional support… our leaders
of the future will have to be more competent, more articulate, more creative, more inspirational and more credible if they
are going to win the hearts and minds of their followers”.’ Hooper and
Potter, The Business of Leadership.
"...the coach's job is to nudge the client back onto the pathway, when they get distracted and need to be
brought back on track"
