Following an initial consultation, a programme of coaching is delivered. This may vary from just a few sessions, to a series of sessions delivered over several months, depending on needs.


Coaching is:

  • Self directed - you are in control at every stage; you set your own goals and what progress you feel comfortable with.
  • Results orientated - working to specific goals and purpose.
  • A fairly short-term activity.
  • A one to one process and in complete confidence.
  • Personally challenging and will help you to stretch outside of comfort zones

  • A collaborative process – where coach and client work together as a team
  • A process that helps you open up choice and increase flexibility.
  • About ‘seeking the difference that makes the difference’. 
Solutions you develop through coaching are empowering because:
  • You will have internalised the idea, deeply inside your mind, during the process of thinking it through.
  • Your commitment to your own solution will be much higher than just using someone else’s ideas.



We work at a deep level of conscious and unconscious awareness and use advanced Neuro Linguistic Programming skills and knowledge to help you increase motivation and remove any limiting beliefs or self-doubt.
