Martin Johnson is a senior coach, trainer, NLP Master Practitioner and communications specialist.
Martin focuses on helping individuals and businesses achieve advanced performance and make change.
Martin’s interest in running coaching and development programmes came
from his experience in growing his own successful business and being involved in every aspect of it - from business strategy
to staff development. Working with hundreds of other businesses has also allowed him to gain a much wider perspective on the
fundamental business issues.
Martin originally
graduated in 1981 from LCP in Media and Production Design. Since then he has continued to pursue an active programme
of professional development . He holds a coaching qualification from Newcastle College and is a certified Neurolinguistic
Programming (NLP) Trainer and Master Practitioner. He is a member of the Association for Coaching, The Professional Guild
of NLP and the Association of Speakers' Clubs.

Wendy Reeves, Associate.
Wendy is an experienced
coach with a background in Human Resource Management, mainly in the retail/customer service sector. She was Director of Human
Resources at Harvey & Thompson and prior to that worked for the British Heart Foundation and Essanelle
Ltd (now part of Regis Group).
Wendy qualified with a Diploma in Coaching with Coaching and Mentoring International,
now part of The Coaching Academy. She is a member of the Association for Coaching,
and the Institute of Directors.
Sue Noble is a highly experienced and qualified provider of coaching,
communication and management development services including accredited programmes through ILM and CMI.
Sue
is a National Coaching Award Winner, with 20 years experience working within large and complex organisations within the field
of HR and Leadership Development. She has many years’ experience of designing and delivering inspiring
management courses to managers at all levels within both private and public sector organisations.
Sue draws on influences from NLP, Emotional Intelligence and Transactional
Analysis Techniques to enhance learning, self awareness and positive mindsets.
